Located between New Ulm and Mankato off of Scenic Hwy 68. Turn south at junction 47, drive two miles to Co. 101 south. First Farm on left, second entrance to winery parking lot.
Annual Harvest Festival, a celebration of the Ancient Ripening! Voted “Best Southern Minnesota Fall Event”. They have a unique variety of activities surrounding three competitive grape stomping challenges! The Minnesota Traditional Morris Dancers and Mankato Rakstar Belly Dancers perform on the winery grounds.
Stompers must pre-register for this event. Registration accepted during business hours Fri – Sun. Winning Stompers receive a free case of wine. Best Stomping costume wins a bottle of our seasonal dessert wine, Black Ice, or Sweet E. Costumes are not required!- but sure make the stomping more fun!
ARTISAN FLAT BREADS: European style wood fired oven pizettes and Swiss raclette may be ordered to compliment hand crafted wines available by the glass or by the bottle.
Competitive Stomps will be held at 1:00 2:00 & 3:00.
With a few daytime performing groups including the Minnesota Traditional Morris Dancers and the Rakstar Belly Dancers and the New Ulm Black Forrest Narren. Dancers will be performing from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on the winery grounds.
Morgan Creek Vineyards is open Friday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday Noon to 5:00 p.m.Public tours and Jazz Nite will not be offered on Saturday, October 4 due to grape stomp events. Jazz Nite will be rescheduled for Saturday, October 11.
ID is Required for Winery Grounds Entrance.
Off site parking and shuttle bus service only. Drive to the winery for parking directions. Handicapped Accessible parking.
No coolers or pets are allowed on the winery grounds.
